Penta Investments is opening Bory Mall in Bratislava today. The shopping center is part of the company’s retail development plans for northwestern Bratislava, which also includes a retail park. Bory Mall offers 54,000 sqm in 180 stores on two floors. The scheme also includes parking for 2,400 cars.
Bory Mall targets families with kids and offers large and diversified entertainment areas. Keeping with the latest trends, it features a large childrens’ playground, an IMAX and a 12-screen multiplex, as well as a fitness center and exterior playgrounds for volleyball and tennis. There is also a climbing wall. The tenant mix includes a Billa supermarket and retailers like H&M, C&A, LPP Group, Mango, Terranova, Lindex, Sports Direct and Intersport. Cushman & Wakefield is the mall’s joint leasing agent.
