CPI Property Group has opened CPI Retail Park Čáslav. The 2,600 sqm project offers six units and is fully leased to tenants such as Sportisimo, dm drogerie, Kik fashion, Expert electro, Wiki and CCC Shoes. Construction of the retail park, located in the commercial zone near the Čáslav roundabout, started in early June. The project is the 25th retail park in CPI Property Group’s portfolio, which comprises more than 620,000 sqm of retail space, one tenth of the total retail space in the Czech Republic.
