NEPI opened Shopping City Targu-Jiu today. The shopping center, a €30m investment, offers 27,000 sqm of retail, service and entertainment space. This is the developer’s second commercial opening on the Romanian market in 2015. Earlier this year, NEPI opened Vulcan Value Center in Bucharest’s Rahova district. NEPI manages several other shopping centers in Romania, including Ploiesti Shopping City, Promenade Mall Braila, Retail Park Auchan Pitesti and City Business Center Timisoara.
