Warsaw businessman Maciej Marcinkowski, who has acquired several commercial plots from the local government, is reportedly in talks to purchase more than 1 ha of land in the center of the capital. Located at the corner of Twarda and Grzybowska streets, near the Spektrum and Cosmopolitan projects,the land, which has a zoning permit in place, is part of the city’s reprivatization plan.
According to news reports, the city may offload its entire holding in the area, including the local school which is currently operating on one of the plots, worth an additional PLN 3.7m, if it remains open after the deal is closed.
