Hello Shopping Park, managed by Resolute Lar Romania, signed three new tenants. JYSK, which manufactures furniture and decorations, took 1,000 sqm, while Stock House signed on for 3,500 sqm, and San Francisco Outlet fashion retailer is set to open a new store in November. The shopping center offers 45,000 sqm of space of which 13,000 sqm are occupied by an Auchan hypermarket. Hello Shopping Park, located in Bacau, is currently 88 percent leased.
