Atrium European Real Estate Limited took over Focus Mall in Bydgoszcz from Aviva Investors for €122m. The transaction will be financed from Atrium’s own equity. The buyer expects to get a green light from Poland’s antitrust regulator by the end of the year. Atrium says the deal is a part of the company’s strategy to expand its portfolio with income-generating assets across the CEE region.
Completed in 2008, Focus Mall offers 41,000 sqm of retail space. The project is currently more than 91 percent leased to tenants like Alma, Saturn and Cinema City.
