Impact Developer & Contractor, controlled by Gheorghe Iaciu, has bought a 7.9 ha plot of land located on Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard in Bucharest. Impact purchased the land for €9m. Lucian Mateescu, the company’s general manager, said Impact was attracted by the number of new developments that has gone up in the location in recent years. Impact plans to develop 1,000 apartments on the land.
