Coresi Shopping Resort, under development by Immochan in Brasov, is currently 80 percent pre-leased to retailers like Zara, H&M, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Kenvelo, Lee Cooper, Yves Rocher and Vodafone. Tatian Diaconu, the general manager of Immochan Romania, said that tenants should be able to start moving into 50 percent of the space by December, while the rest will be able to begin operating in mid-January. Many tenants wanted to lease larger units, according to Diaconu, and Immochan is planning future add-ons to accommodate those requests. The first phase of the mall cost €60m. The commercial gallery will offer 32,000 sqm. Parking for 2,400 will also be available on site.
