Simple, Diverse, Felina, Ecco Kids, Högl and Trespass signed leases at Fashion House Warsaw. The new tenants took a total of 651 sqm. Fashion House Warsaw, offering 17,000 sqm of leasable space, is located in Piaseczno near Warsaw. The project has more than 100 stores, making it the largest outlet center in Poland. It was designed to mimic the architectural style of Warsaw’s Old Town with colored buildings and varying rooflines. The owner of the investment is Polonia Property Fund II.
