While construction is not scheduled to break ground until the beginning of next year, the investor Inbap FIZAN has already secured several tenants for its Galeria Stela retail project in Cieszyn. CCC, RTV Euro AGD, Martes Sport, Pepco and Świat Zabawek signed pre-leases on 2,200 sqm of space. The project will offer 10,000 sqm on four floors. The project was designed by the Warsaw-based studio Król Projektowanie Architektoniczne.
