Raiffeisen Evolution plans to sell Promenada

Raiffeisen Evolution is negotiating the sale of Promenada shopping center, opened last year in the Floreasca district of Bucharest. According to market sources, the developer is planning to sell the €150m scheme together with a loan of €95m from Raiffeisen Bank. Among the companies alleged to be interesting in purchasing the scheme are the businessman Ioannis Papalekas and the real estate company GTC, which owns several Romanian malls like Galleria Arad, Galleria Piatra Neamt and Galleria Buzau. For its part, Raiffeisen Evolution currently owns the €300m Floreasca City office building and its most recent scheme, the Sky Tower office building.
