The leasing process of an ongoing Galeria Sudecka retail center in Jelenia Góra has hit an advanced stage with the three recent agreements signed during this year’s Shopping Center Forum in Warsaw. Wólczanką, Big Star and T-Mobile has signed the lease agreements totaling 260 sqm of retail space, increasing the occupancy level to 93 percent. Going up in the Zaborze district, Galeria Sudecka will offer a total of 50,000 sqm of space in 100 retail and service units
