Romtelecom and Cosmote Romania were officially rebranded Telekom Romania Communications and Telekom Romania Mobile Communications on Saturday. The companies are affiliated with OTE and Deutsche Telekom. The move was part of a strategy to provide an integrated package of mobile telephone and Internet services. Under the new scheme, Romania Communications Telekom customers will have access to integrated communications services or access to mobile and fixed broadband services. The new Telekom Romania Communications package will also give users access to the new Telekom Interactive TV service.
