Echo Investment has signed an agreement this week to take over a 51,000 sqm plot in Jelenia Góra. The property neighbors the Galeria Sudecka retail project. Having already signed Leroy Merlin as an anchor, Echo will launch the first phase of its retail park on the plot.
“We’re very happy that Echo Investment is moving forward with the investment which remains crucial for the city’s future growth, providing new jobs,” said Jelenia Góra Mayor Marcin Zawiła. “The acquisition of this land is a key step in the realization of Galeria Sudecka,” said Michał Zapała of Echo Investment. “The first phase of the investment is a retail center offering 100 retail and service units with the first Helios multiplex cinema to be opened in the city. The next step will be a retail park, offering 15,000 sqm of GLA,” he added.
