GTC has applied for a building permit for Galeria Pólnocna, set to go up in Warsaw’s
Białołęka district. The company also plans to start the administrative process on its other key investment in the capital, Galeria Wilanów, later this year. GTC says it has already secured some tenants for the two projects, including a food operator for Galeria Pólnocna.
Galeria Pólnocna will offer about 64,000 sqm of retail and leisure space, while Galeria Wiloanów will provide more than 76,000 sqm of leasable space. APA Wojciechowski designed both schemes.
