The lingerie chain Triump signed a lease on 60 sqm at Galeria Sudecka, which Echo Investment is developing in Jelenia Góra. The retail center is going up in the city’s Zaborze district, where the developer’s other project, the Echo shopping center, has been operating for the last 13 years. The scheme will include 100 retail and service units, as well as a multi-screen movie theater operated by Helios. The project will add 45,000 sqm of new retail space to the local property mark and 1,800 parking places. The final stage of the investment involves a retail park, with a large-scale DIY store. Triumph has 135 locations in Poland.
