Mihaela Petruescu joined the retail team at DTZ Echinox. Petruescu has eight years of experience on the local retail market, having previously worked for Capital Property Advisors and CBRE. Petruescu will oversee leasing at the four shopping centers currently managed by DTZ, including Shopping City Sibiu and Shopping City Suceava. The four centers have a total retail area of 150,000 sqm, according to Oana Iliescu, managing director at DTZ.
