Outlets an attractive real investment thanks to the asset management potential.
The retail outlet centers market in Poland has been developing for just over 10 years. During this time 10 outlet centers have emerged, and there are just two international investors who decided to go for it and dominated the market – Neinver and Peakside.
Close to half of the Polish outlet market by sales is controlled by Peakside via investments of the Polonia Property Fund II Ltd., managed by Peakside Polonia Management. Since September 2012 the company has been integrated with Peakside Capital. The Swiss based investor and asset manager is now looking to add more weight to its CEE holdings that, among others, comprise of three outlet centers located in Sosnowiec, Gdańsk and Piaseczno (near Warsaw).
