CPI Group has placed a second bond emission worth CZK 460m, on the market. The move comes nearly two months after the company’s successful April 2 placement, when it sold out CZK 665m worth of bonds. The new five-year bonds, maturing in 2019, are guaranteed by properties worth CZK 1.7bn from CPI’s retail portfolio. The bonds will produce a 5-percent yield. ČSOB is managing the placement.
CPI is growing rapidly and is looking to diversity its capital resources to finance future acquisitions. The group has already issued a few bond emissions, totaling CZK 5.5bn.
