Mayland Real Estate has started the leasing of the Galena shopping center, currently under construction in Jaworzno. The project, being developed by P.A. Nova, includes retail and leisure space. The center is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2015. Construction started in March, after P.A. Nova secured PLN 129m in financing from BOŚ Bank. The developer says the loan will cover the full costs of the project, the biggest it’s ever attempted. Galena is the first retail project in Jaworzno, which has just over 56,000 residents.
