Encouraged by securing financing with three lenders for its Łacina project, Apsys Polska now plans to increase its activity on the Polish retail market. The developer is currently scouting locations for new developments in Warsaw, Kraków and Tricity. “Our goal is to provide high-quality retail projects to Poland’s key cities,” said Fabrice Bansay, CEO of Apsys Polska. “Kraków, Warsaw and Tricity all have great potential, as the saturation by retail space continues to be lower there than Poland’s, or even European’s average.”

Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Berlin Hyp and ING Bank Śląski recently agreed to back the developer on a 100,000 sqm investment in Poznań. The Łacina center, expected to be completed within the next two years, will have a catchment area of more than 760,000 residents
