Despite previous assurances, BBI Development admitted it’s not ready to close the sale of its Plac Unii project this month. The company said it needed to delay the closure of the transaction until September. BBI Development and its JV partner in the project, Liebrecht & wooD, signed an annex to the preliminary investment agreement, which requires both sides to fulfill all the terms by September 30. The name of the buyer has not been disclosed. “The sides agreed to fulfil all the obligations by July 10, 2014, in an effort to speed up the process,” BBI Development wrote in a statement.
