NEPI, in partnership with the Paval family, owner of Dedeman DIY stores, bought 22 acres of land in Timisoara to develop a shopping center. The price of the land was not disclosed, but the total project investment volume, including a Dedeman store, is estimated at €100m. NEPI is already active on the Timisoara market having acquired City Business Center, a class A office complex that comprises five 43,000 sqm buildings. Tenants include BCR, Raiffeisen Bank and Visma Software.
