RSJ Private Equity opened a new shopping mall in the city of Děčín in North Bohemia. Centrum Pivovar Děčín is a redevelopment of a former brewery, which combines the original industrial character of the historical property with modern architecture. The 17,500 sqm mall will offer more than 60 shops, a restaurant with a mini-brewery and parking space for 420 cars. Děčín was one of the last cities in the Czech Republic with a population of more than 50,000 that had no shopping mall.
