Benevo is preparing to break ground on the Victoria City Center, a mixed-use project that will go up on the former Dacia textile factory site in Bucharest. Construction of the first phase of the commercial project will start in the middle of the year with completion scheduled for September, 2015. Victoria City Center will include a 60,000 sqm mall as well as a 16,000 sqm office component that will go up in the second phase. The leasing process for the offices is already underway. A 3,000 retail gallery will connect the office space to the mall. The project also includes a fitness club. The entire project should be completed in the first half of 2016.
