The Polish developer Real2B plans to develop a new network of 50 retail parks and small-sized shopping centers, as well as a hotel and a significant warehouse project. Managing director Jarosław Fijałkowski said that most of the projects currently planned for the Polish market are set to launch next year. Until then, the company will focus on securing all necessary permits and the commercialization process for its projects.
Fijałkowski said the company expects to secure at least three building permits this year, enabling it to start two new projects in 2014. The top priority will be a four-star hotel Real2B has planned for Wrocław. “We expect to have all permits in place by September 2014, and we’re already in talks with potential partners to operate the hotel,” Fijałkowski said. “We also expect to finalize negotiations with banks regarding financing for the investments.”
