Fashion Arena Outlet Center in Prague-Štěrboholy has changed hands. TK Development and LMS Outlets, which held a 75-percent stake, sold the outlet center to the UK-based private property investor Meyer Bergman. The value of the transaction was €71.5m.
Fashion Arena Outlet Center offers 25,000 sqm of retail space in 110 units. The project’s first phase, covering 18,000 sqm, opened in November 2007, followed by a 7,000 sqm addition in October 2010. The center is currently 96 percent leased to names such as Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Adidas, Benetton, Tom Tailor, Ecco, Gant, Lacoste, Levi Strauss & Co., Desigual, Puma, Guess, Calvin Klein and Esprit.
