The Slovak office of Wilson & Partners law firm announced the successful completion of the sale of the Aquario shopping centre in Nové Zámky on behalf of Heitman, which was finalized on the 7th June, 2013. Two associates of the Bratislava office, Peter Gruca and Zuzana Farkašová, together with Wilson & Partners’ Managing Partner, Bryan Wilson, acted on behalf of Heitman, who sold the property to a local Slovak developer, BWS Development s.r.o. owned by Jan Man.
The sale was closed remarkably quickly – normally a transaction of this scale in the current market would take several months to complete, and this deal was agreed, the legal work prepared, and then finalised within just five weeks.
This was the Wilson & Partners’ Bratislava office’s fourth real estate deal of the year in Slovakia.
