LaSalle Investment Management Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (LaSalle KAG) has acquired a commercial property on the Neumarkt in Cologne on behalf of a specialist investment fund managed by LaSalle KAG.
The property comprises c 6,000 sqm and is almost 100 percent let. LaSalle KAG was advised on the acquisition by law firm Jones Day and estate agents Greif & Contzen.
LaSalle KAG is an established provider of specialist property funds under German investment law with a total investment volume goal of €600m, to be invested in office and retail properties in prime locations with long leases. The geographical focus is Germany, France, the U.K., the Netherlands and Scandinavia.
