The Franco-Belgian retailer Cora will open its first mall in April in the city of Constanta.
Corall Mall was initially scheduled to open in June, but, according to zf.ro, the tenants announced the opening will take place two months earlier. Cora representatives declined to comment.
Estimated at €70m, Corall Mall will include a 8,500 sqm Cora hypermarket, a 25,000 sqm shopping gallery, a cinema and a food court. Corall Mall’s main competitors are Maritimo Shopping Center, Tom Shopping Center, City Park and Tomis Mall.
