Construction on the mixed-use Baltic Park Molo project in the city of Świnoujście is set to break ground during the second quarter of this year. The scheme includes two hotel buildings, a shopping mall, a conference center, an art gallery and an aqua park. A 400-room, four-star hotel is expected to be delivered in the project’s first phase. According to Polish media reports, the investor, Zdrojowa Invest, has already started preparation work on the project. The investor is currently looking for general contractor. The spokesperson for Świnoujście City Hall, Robert Karelus, said the project will cost PLN 250m.
