LPP Group signed a lease on 3,500 sqm at Galeria Warmińska, going up in the city of Olsztyn. LPP plans to open four new stores in the mall: Reserved, Cropp, House, Sinsay and Mohito.
The project, which is currently 56 percent leased, is set to break ground in the second quarter of the year. Once completed, Galeria Warmińska will offer 116,675 sqm in 147 retail units.
The tenant list includes Piotr i Paweł, Euro RTV AGD, Smyk Mega Store, Martes Sport, Multikino, Pure Health & Fitness, Sephora, Rossmann, Zara, New Yorker, Pull and Bear, Bershka, and Stradivarius.
