Interprime Properties, part of the IKEA Group, bought a 2 ha plot near the Basarab Overpass in Bucharest where it will build a mixed-used project consisting of retail, office and recreational space over 14 floors.
The land was once used by Baduc, one of the largest construction retailers in Bucharest. The company had its headquarters there.
