The Polish shoe retailer NG2 plans to open as many as 150 new stores this year, of which 100 are expected to go on-line on foreign markets. This means the NG2 network will increase by 30 percent. The retailer also anticipates it will see a 40-percent sales increase.
According to the Polish Press Agency, the company’s income could grow to PLN 1.6bn, reflecting a 15 percent jump y-o-y. “For us, the pressure is now on increasing the space,” said Piotr Nowjalis, NG2’s vice president.
Consolidated sales income increased in December by 34.1 percent, compared with the same period last year, coming in at PLN 121m.
