Galerie Moritz opens today in the center of Olomouc. The shopping center is a result of a thorough refurbishment of the former 1980s Prior department store by the developer Reality management. The building’s area increased to 8,000 sqm after the reconstruction. Cushman & Wakefield is the project’s leasing agent. The tenant list includes H&M, a Billa supermarket, the electronics retailer Euronics, a Dráčik toy shop, CCC shoes, DM Drogerie, a NEO Luxor bookstore and other specialized shops. The project is located on a tram line, said Rostislav Veselý of Cushman & Wakefield.
