The Palas Iasi shopping center produced €4.2m in revenues between May 31 and September 30, according to Ziarul Financiar. Owned by the businessman Iulian Dascălu, Palas Iasi first opened for business in May. In addition to 60,000 sqm of retail space, the project also includes offices, apartments, a hotel and a park.
Dascălu owns several shopping centers on the regional market. Palas Iasi represents a €265m investment.
