RTV Euro AGD and Kazar signed leases at Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała, which is undergoing expansion. RTV Euro AGD agreed to take 1,200 sqm of space in the extended part of the mall, while fashion brand Kazar signed on for 110 sqm. “According to our expansion policy, we’re being cautious while choosing the locations, aiming for the most prestigious projects in the best locations around the country,” said Anna Wojsa of Kazar.
The investor hopes to attract 70 new tenants with the expansion, which is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013. Once finished, Gemini Park will have 59,000 sqm of space.
