Mayland Real Estate is set to break ground on the Serenada shopping center in Kraków, having just obtain all the building permits needed to start work on the project. The project’s tenant list is rapidly expanding. Two LPP Group brands recently signed leases for space at the mall: Mohito will take 515 sqm, while Cropp Town will open a 500 sqm store. Other tenants include Reserved, Cubus and House.
Once completed, the project will add a total of 42,000 sqm of new rental space and 1,700 parking places to the Małopolska region.
Active in Poland since 2006, Mayland has delivered three malls to the local market: Karolinka in Opolu, Pogoria in Dąbrowa and Jantar in Słupsk. The developer also has another project underway in Gdynia.
