Rank Progress plans to build a shopping center called Galeria Aviator in the city of Mielec. Once completed, the mall will add 34,000 sqm to the region, with 26,000 sqm intended for lease.
The tenant list already includes the DIY store Dom i Ogród, a hypermarket and a fitness club. “Galeria Aviator is another important step in our expansion and development plan,” said Jak Mroczka, head of Rank Progress.
The developer just closed the deal on the land, and the project’s design stage is nearing completion. Rank Progress said it will apply for the building permit shortly. The developer plans to start construction in the middle of next year and deliver the project in the fourth quarter of 2014.
