Europa Centralna mall is set to open at the beginning of March in the city of Gliwice, adding a total of 67,000 sqm of new space to the local property market. The project is a joint venture between Helical Poland and Standard Life Investments and is already 80 percent pre-let. The tenant list includes Castorama, Tesco Extra, Saturn, Jula, Jysk, RTV Euro AGD, Ski Team and Smyk. Dorota Beltrani, who is responsible for leasing at Europa Centralna said new leases have been signed with City Sport, Takko Fashion, Kari Shoes, Coffeeheaven, Best, 4You and Kids.
