A new shopping center is set to break ground in the city of Chojnice.
The Polish builder Doraco from Gdańsk was selected this week to oversee construction. According to Polish media reports, Doraco was one of 10 bidders for the contact, worth PLN 110m.
The project will add 16,000 sqm of new retail space to the market. The new shopping center will accommodate 80 tenants. Victoria Sobol is the special purpose vehicle behind the project. Completion is set for March 2014.
