Since October, Atrium has signed leases on 3,500 sqm at its various shopping centers across Poland, including its malls in Białystok, Toruń and Koszalin.
The company says the leasing process at Atrium Biała is in its final stages in Białystok, with Tiffi/Próchnik, Cafe Club and Subway set to open units in the center in the near-term. Cafe Club will take space at Atrium Kasztanowa (80 sqm) and Atrium Koszalin (140 sqm). Meanwhile, Greenpoint is set to open a store in Atrium’s mall in Toruń, taking 130 sqm of space.
Atrium’s Polish portfolio includes 20 malls, totaling 374,000 sqm of retail space.
