New Yorker signed a pre-lease agreement this week on a 820 sqm store in Galeria Solna, which is underway in the city of Inowrocław. Thanks to the latest agreement, the project is currently 71 percent. Other tenants include H&M, Reserved, Mohito, Cropp Town, House and CCC. Tesco will anchor the project. The mall is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2013.
Galeria Solna, going up along Wojska Polskiego street, will add 33,000 sqm of new retail space to the local market.
