LPP Group signed a lease on 3,000 sqm at Irish Investment Group’s (IGI) Solaris Centre in Toruń. The shopping mall, which is going up near Szot Chełmiński and Gałczyńskiego streets, is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2014. LPP is now set to open five stores in the project, including Reserved, Cropp, SinSay, House, Mohito and Home&You. Nearly half of the space taken by LPP is for its Reserved store, which will operate on two floors in the mall.
Solaris Centre’s tenant list includes Piotr i Paweł (1,485 sqm ), RTV EURO AGD (1,605 sqm), Rossmann (455.5 sqm), Nike (242 sqm), Adidas/Reebok (340 sqm ) and KFC (120 sqm).
Retail Concept is in charge of leasing.
