Echo Investment plans to expand its 12-year-old shopping center Galeria Sudecka in the city of Jelenia Góra. Construction is scheduled to start next year, with a completion date set 2014. “We’re very pleased with the expansion plans on the Echo shopping mall. The city supports all investments, that aims to improve its infrastructure, and make it possible for the residents to advantage of this offer,” said Jelenia Góra Mayor Marcin Zawiła.
Galeria Sudecka is located in the city’s Zaborze district on Jana Pawła II street. Echo says the leasing process there has started. The retailers Real and Helios have already signed contracts.
