The Polish builder Mostostal Warszawa was selected to run the construction of Brama Mazur shopping mall in Ełk for SPV: GV ELK, owned by Master Management Group. The contract tops PLN 89.98m net, with the deadline set for March 2014. The project is a redevelopment of an old military facility, that’s expected to add 16,200 sqm on the new space to the local property market in 70 retail units and the parking garage for 600 vehicles. The design was provided by the studio CDF Architekci.
