The shoe brand Ray signed a lease on 114 sqm at the Faktoria retail park in the city of Bydgoszcz. The tenant list includes the grocery store Biedronka, DIY JYSK and Akpol Baby. According to the property’s leasing agent, Astaris Property Solutions, talks with potential new tenants are currently underway. Located at the corner of Kamienna and Gdańska street, the 5,000 sqm retail park was delivered in 2002. The owner of Factoria, Immobile, is part of the Makrum capital group.
