Immocap Group and ECE will open their joint project, the Central Bratislava shopping center, on October 18, 2012. Immocap Group is the developer
and owner of the project, ECE as a partner is responsible for planning consultancy, leasing of shops and center management. Approx. 150 units include
among others the Inditex Group with its worldwide newest concepts, C&A, Gant flagship store, Mango, Liu Jo, Marella, Geox, U.S. Polo, Palmers,
Scandinavia, Humanic, Reno, Mango, Orsay, Palmers, Motivi, Intimissimi, Salamander, Intersport, the large consumer electronics store Electroworld,
and the quality supermarket Billa. The multifunctional project houses is not only the shopping center but also fully-leased office spaces (HQ Orange
Slovakia, private medical center Pro Care), a three-storey underground car park, the 4-star German hotel Lindner as well as the leading Slovak wellness
and fitness operator Golem with a 25 m indoor swimming pool on the roof. Unique feature of the project is a large green park on the roof of the
shopping gallery, whose playgrounds and outdoor scene will be open to the public all around the year. Central is located in the wider city center of
Bratislava at the border to the districts Stare mesto and Ruzinov and is easily accessible with public transport, by car and on foot.
