A subsidiary of Echo Investment sealed a PLN 60m deal with Polish Industry Agency on a 30.8 ha plot in Warsaw. The deal closed this week. The developer plans to build a 60,000 sqm office complex on the property, located on Taśmowa street. There are six office facilities planned for the land.
“The latest purchase will make it possible for us to expand our landbank on the Warsaw office market, which we consider strategic,” said Waldemar Lesiak of Echo Investment.
Echo Investment is busily preparing to launch the Korona Brasov shopping mall in Romania, its first development outside the Polish market.
