Over the last 12 months, a slew of new tenants have signed leases at Galeria Nad Jeziorem in the city of Konin. The list includes Yes, Galeria Na Czasie, Zielona Budka, Matras, Butik, Danhen and Szachownica. The project’s investor, Pradera Galeria Konin, revealed it is also in talks with the shoe store CCC and Rossman.
The mall went online in 2002, adding a total of 19,000 sqm of new space to the local retail market at the time. The French retailer Carrefour, DIY store Nomi and the cinema chain Helios are currently anchoring the project. Pradera Galeria Konin is owned by PCEF and managed by Pradera Europe.
